An exciting, high growth, global technology business are looking for a senior leader to drive the transformation and management of their new Early Careers Programme. They will own the transformation on a global scale and partner with leadership across multiple locations to shape the programme inline with the wider business growth strategy.
This role will be responsible for building and executive the strategic plan for the early careers programme working with senior stakeholders to ensure t meets long term hiring and talent planning goals. They will build the campus recruitment strategy, target relevant school partnerships, develop the employer brand and ensure the programme is harmonising with the company agendas around diversity & inclusion and corporate social responsibility.
To be successful in the role you need to have operated in a large global organisation and be able to drive a strategic transformation focusing on early careers and graduate recruitment. The ole will be an amazing opportunity to lead a high profile programme and develop senior level relationships whilst having autonomous responsibility to make a true impact on future proofing the organisation.
