Our client, a top-tier global management consulting firm, is looking to bring on a Global Executive Recruiter who can be based in Tampa, Boston Metro, Northern New Jersey, Chicago, or New York City. This position will be hybrid, working onsite as needed based on business requirements. This is a newly created role as the firm is growing and is adding resources to the existing global team in order to ensure a high-touch candidate and hiring client experience.
In this role, you'll be recruiting primarily for Director level searches and above across Corporate Functions (Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, HR, etc.). The focus of this role will be on the needs of North America, but one can expected to be tasked with searches across Latin America and Europe dependent on volume and team capacity. Requisition load will average 6-8 ongoing requisitions at any given time. While this number may seem small, the roles will not have a high degree of redundancy, the bar for talent is exceptionally high, there is an emphasis on direct sourcing of talent, as well as a high-touch recruitment process.
Our client is seeking 5+ years of experience focused on executive search within a large, global, matrixed corporation. Experience in executive search would be beneficial. Qualified candidates should have a progressive and stable track record of success, as well as well-developed candidate sourcing, client management, and communication skills.
