Global Head of HR
Our client is a fast-growing PE backed Life Sciences organization with a global footprint who are looking to appoint their first Global HR Director. You will focus on a further sophisticating the HR function and establishing a robust foundation for aggressive growth.
Working closely with the Executive Leadership team you will initially assess the current structure and performance of the HR function. Identifying any gaps and recommending a strategy to advance the function in support of business goals and ambitions. Creating an agile function and processes that can sustain rapid business growth will be key to the company’s success. This is a well established and resourced function with a team in excess of ten across multiple countries. The leadership team are looking for a strategic, commercial and talent minded HR professional that can drive engagement and position them mindfully in their market niche. You will look to further develop employee engagement and retention, reward practices and competitive talent acquisition strategies.
To be successful in this position you will have worked in a small (several hundred employee business or larger), scaling business with strong team management experience. You will be adept at operating at an Executive leadership level and be agile in your thinking and approach.
