Global Head of Rewards
We are partnering with a highly recognized multinational organisation to appoint a strategic Global Head of Rewards. This purposeful organisation are making a significant impact on the planet through their focus on environmental sustainability across their operations and have already won several awards for their innovation in this space.
As the Global Head of Rewards you will report directly into the Global Chief HR Officer and have ownership over the global compensation and benefits strategy and execution. A primary focus will be to lead the Global Executive Compensation strategy for this listed company and define the overall framework, ensuring compliance and appropriate governance and a consistent approach to their global practices.
We are looking for a profile with robust experience within a large, listed, global company with ownership over the overall reward strategy. More specifically, you will bring a strong track record leading the executive compensation and global or regional reward governance, with exposure to the remuneration committee.
With an international career, you will have experience working in a Japanese multinational or previous oversight for the Japanese market and understanding of Japanese compensation practices and cultural dynamics. Though in this role you will work alongside Japanese executives, you do not need to speak Japanese as English is the primary business language in use.
The ideal location for the position is Japan and our client would be able to offer a competitive package and support to ensure a comfortable landing in the local market. However, they will also be open to considering profiles based in other large global markets including the UK, the US or other European or Asian economic hubs.
