Global Head of Talent

Global Head of Talent required for market leading mid-size consulting firm. Our client is enjoying sustained growth and as a result of wider HR strategic transformation are looking to bolster their existing talent offering by hiring a Global Head of Talent (Talent Development and Talent Management). The business is truly global with a hugely diverse workforce, they work with the most well-known companies across the world and are driven my providing leading-edge and specialist consulting services to their clients.

Reporting to the UK based Global CPO you will be part of the Global HR leadership team and take a lead role in defining and executing the global talent development and talent management strategies. With your team (both central and through a regional matrix) you will ensure that the firms ambitious growth plans are supported by a robust learning and coaching culture. Being able to galvanise a team globally is going to be critical and we are looking for someone who has proven experience in a global talent leadership role within a matrix structure; and who can demonstrate strong leadership experience including managing and influencing remote teams.

We feel this is role may appeal to someone who has worked in another mid-size or larger global professional services or blue-chip environment and is now looking for an opportunity to move to a firm where they can have more influence and accountability for implementing new initiatives and driving change. We are looking for someone who will bring the firm on a journey and develop and gain support for a compelling talent development strategy that aligns with both the people and business strategy.
