Global Head of Talent Management (Shanghai HQ)

Location: Shanghai (Global HQ)

Join a global innovation powerhouse that’s redefining sustainability and energy. We’re looking for a Global Head of Talent Management to shape global strategy from HQ, influencing leadership development and organizational design across continents.

What You’ll Do:

• Design global Talent Management strategy from HQ perspective
• Lead career pathing, succession planning, and executive development
• Drive performance management and employer branding initiatives
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions
• Report directly to the Group Chief TM Officer & CHRO

Who You Are:

• 10+ years in talent management, ideally with international exposure
• Fluent English speaker with a global mindset
• Fluent Mandarin is must
• **With HR Consulting/Management Consulting firms’ experiences preferred
• Inhouse background in heavy industry preferred(Industrial, Machinery, Automotive)
• Strategic, energetic, and culturally agile
