Global HR BP (ED) – Fintech
We have been retained by a leading international Financial Services group, to appoint a top tier Global HR Business Partner (Exec Director) to shape, define, and execute, the global people strategy and plans for the Group, based in the Singapore office.

Reporting into the Global Head of HR, also partnering directly with the Group Leadership team on the Data, Analytics and Cyber side of the organization, the Global HR BP (ED) will be the trusted advisor to the C-suite. You will partner with the CDO and CISO to drive commercial outcomes from a people perspective, leading future workforce transformation (organization design / target operating model, skills development and capability building, culture, coaching, talent strategy and development / EVP, employee experience) and leading on all HR Advisory and employee relations / policy activities, within a large global complex matrix environment, in a individual contributor capacity.
This individual will utilize their experience operating as a global or regional HR leader within a financial services, Fintech or Tech organization, leveraging their experience in the Technology & HR Change space. You will lead large global HR projects as part of matrix teams, while also operating as a Strategic HR Business Partner to the tech leadership team, managing, influencing and building strong relationships with your stakeholders internally, as well as externally, sitting on the respective management committees, also working in close partnership with global HR CoE’s.
We are ideally looking for a Global HR leader with a strong track record within a large international corporate financial services, Fintech or Technology organisation with International experience. As a proven Global or Regional Head of HR leader (ED / SVP level), you will have worked directly with the Group Leadership team in the Technology (ideally partnering the CDO and CISO). You will be naturally consultative, engaging and articulate, be able to advise, educate and push back on the leadership team. You will also be able to navigate a large global agile matrix environment, challenge, innovate across the Tec business and shift mindsets as the global business area continues to evolve! You would benefit from having extensive international exposure, being culturally sensitive in a strategic and HR Change orientated BP role, perhaps also benefitting from former HR Change and Transformation Management Consulting experience at some stage in your career. You will currently be based in Singapore.
