Our client, a successful start-up in the Fintech space, is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner and Director to oversee global operations in the North America, EMEA, and Asia, under the direction of an innovative CHRO. You will help to continuously build and drive the evolution of their growing HR function with a strong operational focus while sharing a global population of 600. You'll own the delivery of HR Processes across the US, UK, and parts of Asia inclusive of benefits administration, structuring compensation packages, taking care of compliance and policy matters, and overseeing international mobility and the immigration vendor relationship. The position will manage in the near future, so some people management is highly desireable.
This Director of HR will also lead in project design and rollout, across talent attraction and retention, employee assessment, and engagement. The successful HR Director will have 10 years of broad strategic business partnering and HR operational experience gained in smaller but high growth environments ideally within the technology or fintech space. You'll enjoying being a crucial part of the global Human Resources Leadership team and will be instrumental in driving and creating Strategy for all of the firm's global initiatives.
