About the Role
This position is part of the Operations Department within our organization. As the Global Operations Manager, you are responsible for leading a team of 3 professionals in our head office located in a European city. This role reports directly to our Global Director of Operations. Together, your team’s responsibilities include managing global operational processes related to personnel onboarding, employment, and offboarding.
You and your team play a critical role in our operations. The objective is to ensure a well-functioning operational unit and team satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee operational processes within our system (Flow Manager).
- Lead the team in handling all administrative HR tasks.
- Analyze and manage HR data and statistics to identify potential opportunities and risks.
- Support various HR projects and drive process improvements.
- Provide coaching and support to team members through regular one-on-one meetings and team gatherings.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Finance Department/Shared Service Centre and Payroll Provider.
