A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HRMI/HRIS professional in a leading global Law Firm, based in the City. Our client has over 20 offices worldwide, across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. You will be joining a warm and collaborative HR team and reporting directly to the Global Director of HRIS & Payroll. You will play a vital role in managing the data and reporting needs across the business by gathering requirements, building frameworks, conducting day-to-day reporting, automating processes and creating dashboards & scorecards to provide valuable data insights. You will also play a crucial role in the firm's Global HRIS programme.
You will design data structures to support Business Intelligence tools and content. You will drive data gathering, review and analysis. You will be creative, and present alternative reporting designs and solutions clearly via charts, tables, graphs and text. You will research and recommend tools, frameworks and systems for data analytics and insights. You will also support the PeopleSoft upgrades and rollouts through the design, build, test and deployment phases, as well as conducting targeted systems testing. You will create end user training and training materials for the firms HRIS.
You will have experience working as a Business Analyst/HRMI Analyst and have expertise of the implementation/maintenance of HR Systems, ideally PeopleSoft. You will also have demonstrable experience of data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Cognos. You must be an excellent communicator with senior stakeholders across the business at all levels, you must also be a self-starter who takes the initiative and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
