Global Leadership Development Director
I’m supporting one of the world’s fastest growing staffing businesses in hiring a Global Leadership Development Director. This is a newly created role and will be tasked with building and deploying both management and leadership development programs. Reporting into the COO you will work in partnership with the broader HR team by identifying and maximising talent within the organisation.
The business now employs 500 staff across 4 locations and have big plans to rapidly grow this further. The business is well financed and run by a management team with impressive, people centric mindsets who equally hold impressive track records in building some of the most successful brands in this industry. Dynamic, ambitious and growth focussed leaders are at the centre of this vision and you will play a critical part in identifying and nurturing this cohort. The business fully embraces agile working however culture and togetherness is equally at the heart of their success therefore a hybrid model has been deployed with staff spending 3 days in their head office based in the central London.
You will have spent considerable time working within a recruitment/staffing business/environment. Alternative sectors such as Tech, SaaS and Sales would also be considered. You may have a broader Learning & Development background with an interest in further specialising, however you will need to evidence experience of developing management and leadership programs. It’s fair to say the business has a high concentration of Gen Y and Z colleagues therefore experience of delivering programs with this audience in mind would also be of particular interest.
