Are you an in-house Global Mobility professional looking for a challenging new role? Do you have experience of different assignment structures and a familiarity with international payroll? A globally recognised firm are looking for a Global Mobility Adviser to join their team in the City. This is a 12-month maternity cover contract, starting in early October.
You will act as a subject-matter expert and advise both assignees on the business on a range of Global Mobility issues. You will manage over 100 cases, deliver assignment briefings, prepare cost estimates and liaise with external providers. You will also answer payroll queries and support on a number of change projects. This is a key role in the business and you must be comfortable challenging and influencing both assignees and managers as necessary.
Previous experience in an in-house Global Mobility Function is essential. You must have experience of managing different assignment structures. You must be familiar with UK and US immigration legislation. You must be comfortable working with payroll data and expat payroll, including parallel pay runs. Experience of using Assignment Pro is highly desirable, but you must have experience of using some form of assignment management software.
This role will hold a lot of responsibility and will work on a number of exciting projects.
