An innovative global gaming and technology firm in Central London are looking to recruit a Global Mobility/HR Adviser. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an inspiring and creative environment, as part of a friendly and collaborative team. This role reports directly into the Head of Performance and Reward and is a stand alone role where you would act as the subject matter expert for all aspects of Global Mobility, Immigration & HR Operations.
This role would involve providing end-to-end assignee management and guidance to key stakeholders on managing the assignee process. Additionally you will partner with the local HR teams to identify vacancies suitable for assignees and collaborate with the wider HR team to develop their knowledge of Global Mobility and share best practice.
On the HR Operations side you will coordinate the whole employee lifecycle, prepare communciations, administer payroll, benefits & HRIS updates, conduct exit interviews, track attendance & holiday and actively look for opportunities to improve the existing HR processes.
Having experience within HR Operations and Global Mobility will support you to hit the ground running in this role. Having a good general working knowledge of Global Mobility issues around tax, immigration and employment law will allow you to develop the subject matter expertise required and you will be a person who enjoys taking the initiative and balancing competing demands in this role.
With every day different from the last, you will enjoy a fast-paced and dynamic role, paying up to £45,000 depending upon experience.
