You will take ownership of creating and maintaining global mobility policies and processes for a population of around 100 assignees, acting in a standalone capacity and reporting into the Reward Manager. You will have the leadership and direction of an outstanding Head of HR, and will be able to make the role your own and drive your own professional growth and development. The firm has a customer service-focussed approach, you will work with managers internationally and have good visibility across the business.
Your experience of managing assignees in China, the Middle East and APAC will be a major benefit to our client. Your knowledge of immigration and tax will be heavily relied upon. Any experience of working in an in-house global mobility or HR function will be hugely beneficial.
