Global Mobility Advisor
An award-winning international bank are now looking to recruit a Global Mobility & Immigration specialist to join them, on a permanent basis. The role will be hybrid, working out of their London offices. The role has been created due to expansion and offers a brilliant opportunity for growth and progression, working as part of a small but incredibly supportive team.
Duties will include;
- Work with the wider HR team to manage global mobility and immigration cases across EMEA, both into and out of the UK.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholder, consultants and hiring managers to help and advise them through the mobility process.
- Work with external immigration advisers to review applications and ensure immigration compliance.
- Monitor and maintain the Global Mobility case management system.
- Support the mobility activities across EMEA while ensuring global alignment of best practices and policy.
- Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed and supported.
Succesful candidates will have gained at least 2-3 years experience workling within Global Mobility inhouse, ideally within financial or professional services.
Key skills and attributes for this role are strong stakeholder management skills, sound technical knowledge of UK immigration law together with a passion for developing best practice mobility policies.
