Frazer Jones are excited to be working alongside one of the world’s most recognisable brands, and a market leader in innovation and creativity, to find them a senior Global Mobility professional to lead their EMEA team.

Based in their stunning, state-of-the-art London offices in the heart of the City, they operate a hybrid working policy (3 days in the office ideally) but really make sure that their staff are well looked after when they’re in with free snacks, free lunches, and amazing facilities.

This is a hands-on role for a “doer” who is happy to get stuck in with the work, as well as managing the team of 6. The role will see your team looking after all of EMEA but liaising regularly with your counterparts in the US and APAC.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Lead and drive the Mobility strategy for EMEA to deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole mobility lifecycle.
  • Lead the EMEA mobility team; coaching and mentoring as required.
  • Oversee the International Remote Working Program and other projects.
  • Constantly look for ways to improve and redesign existing programs, and create new programs based on business needs and external pressures.
  • Work closely with the Tax and Relocation vendors, ensuring high levels of service are received.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the globe.
  • Manage new country set-up, from a mobility and immigration perspective as required.

Key skills and attributes for this role are strong stakeholder management skills, sound technical knowledge of UK immigration law together with a passion for developing best practice mobility policies.

The business is hoping to meet with senior, experienced Global Mobility professionals who have worked in-house for large, complex organisations. It is essential you are comfortable navigating a constantly changing and ever evolving matrix environment, with proven ability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility to changing priorities and work situations. Experience leading a team is also essential.

In addition to an incredibly generous base salary the company also offer a substantial benefits package and a bonus that is up to 25%.
