A global technology business is now looking to recruit a Global Mobility Manager to join their London HQ and provide day-to-day advice to their stakeholders and support their inbound and outbound talent transfers. Key skills and attributes for this role are strong stakeholder management skills, sound technical knowledge of UK immigration law together with a passion for developing best practice mobility policies. The business is hoping this person will also be adept at coaching/mentoring junior members of the mobility team and skilled in developing the wider mobility team (this role will have two direct reports). As a result, the business is hoping to meet candidates with robust Global Mobility experience with a lean towards selection & talent planning, gained ideally within a fast paced, dynamic environment, that span a global network. This role will support all International Secondments, International Transfers, International New Hires, Short Term Business Visitors, US Domestic State Transfers and cross border Commuters across three main regions (APAC, EMEA, Americas).
