Global Mobility Manager
Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a global professional services firm based in London. This is a fast-paced global environment which is growing due to the business success. The HR function has recently been expanding their team and due to increased global mobility and immigration activity they are looking to hire their first Global Mobility Manager.
As the Global Mobility Manager you will be focused on inbound and outbound movers for the UK entity but you’ll also support with wider EMEA and APAC global mobility matters. This is a unique opportunity that will be heavily project based. Due to the new nature of the position, you’ll be tasked with setting up a lot of the global mobility and immigration framework for the business, introducing and managing processes and policies to ensure that the business is not only compliant but also offering a seamless global mobility and onboarding service to its employees. You’ll act as the main point of contact for all global mobility matters, resolve queries and you’ll work closely with the wider HR and legal teams. You’ll be responsible for both the operational and strategic management of the company’s global mobility providers and program. Currently the role is a sole position but it’s likely that you will build a team and take line management responsibility over time.
The opportunity is fantastic for someone who likes to drive projects, plus design and build things. You will have a lot of ownership and autonomy in the role but will need to problem solve and deal with some ambiguity. You’ll have the opportunity to significantly contribute and steer the strategic direction of their global mobility processes and policies globally.
