Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing and highly successful Global Investment Managers who are looking for a confident and dynamic Global Mobility specialist to lead their evolving mobility function, based out of the stunning London offices (hybrid working).

This will be initially on a 6-12 month FTC but is a newly created role to support the wider HR team and global stakeholders, so there is a strong possibility of it being extended or even going permanent.

What they are looking for is an inhouse Global Mobility Advisor/Analyst, ideally available immediately who has strong UK immigration knowledge and experience working closely with the recruitment team as a big part of the role will be advising them and supporting their extensive recruitment drive across their global offices.

This will be a standalone Global Mobility role, but working very closely as part of the wider London HR team, as well as dealing with HR and managers around the world, your duties will include;

  • Managing global mobility and immigration cases globally, both into and out of the UK, working with external vendors and specialists (Immigration, Tax etc.) in other countries
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and hiring managers to help and advise them through the mobility process
  • Manage the visa and immigration process for all inbound and outbound assignees
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams to build and communicate international opportunities to employees
  • Work with external immigration advisers to review applications and ensure immigration compliance
  • Monitor and coordinate the Global Mobility cases
  • Support the mobility activities ensuring global alignment of best practices and policy
  • Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed and supported

Ideal candidates will have at least 4-5 years’ experience gained inhouse as part of a busy Global Mobility team and be highly knowledgeable with regards to immigration. Experience gained in rapidly evolving, or “hyper-growth” environment would be highly beneficial.
