I am keen to speak with Payroll and Benefits Managers with a global remit, to join a leading FS brand on a fixed term contract basis.
Main duties include:
- Build strong working relationships with external with 3rd party account managers for payroll processing
- Reconcile payroll output with all supporting documentation to ensure all payrolls are correct
- Compliance with each respective country's payroll tax deadlines
- Responsibility for filing of year end payroll returns in all countries
- Production of P11Ds as required
- Train mentor and development of 1 Payroll and Benefits officer
- Query resolution relating to both payroll and benefits
- Ensure that all procedures are thoroughly documented
- Management of the year end renewal process for international benefits. Including adding/removing new joiners/ leavers and family members for all benefits schemes
- Regularly checking benefit coverage is correct for all employees and understanding how any changes affect payroll
