Global Payroll Manager – £60,000 – £70,000 – London

Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading name in financial services on the recruitment of a Payroll Manager to join the firm on a permanent basis.

Our client is offering hybrid working (3 days in the office 2 from home)

Office working hours 8:00am – 5:00pm.

• Oversee the team’s timely and accurate payroll processing across multiple countries.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant payroll and tax regulations, including PSA, P11D, P60, and international equivalents.
• Lead payroll system upgrades and implementations, selecting technologies and rolling out best practice processes.
• Provide guidance on complex payroll issues, such as termination payments, benefits, and statutory payments.
• Manage relationships with external payroll vendors, employees, and other benefit providers.
• Possess a basic understanding of accounting principles to comprehend payroll’s impact on financial statements, supporting the Finance team’s reporting needs.
• Collaborate with HR to monitor headcount relative to budget and enhance the benefits package throughout the organisation.

Skills required:

• International payroll knowledge.
• Strong excel
