Global Payroll Specialist/ lead – £55,000- £60,000 + Bonus – City of London
Frazer Jones are delighted to be working with a leading global recruitment business on the search of a Global Payroll specialist/ lead on a permanent basis.
This role will be reporting into the Head of reward and be taking ownership of payrolls across UK, US, EMEA & APAC.
Our client is offering hybrid working (2-3 days per week required in the office)
The Role:
- Firsthand experience of processing global payrolls, particularly UK/US payrolls – all aspects
- Experience of ADP iHCM (UK) and ADP Workforce Now (U.S), ADP Streamline
- Sound knowledge of various US state time and labour regulations (including California)
- Working as part of the team and helping with other payrolls, including covering for absence
- Responsible for timely and accurate submissions of all payrolls, including review and final sign off
- Lead Year end process – including P11ds, Gender Pay Gap reporting, 401k and other payroll audits
- Ownership and resolution of queries from employees, internal/external stakeholders
- Working with the Finance team to reduce commission errors
- Review and recommend process automation/other improvements
- Optimise ADP functionality to automate processes, and to provide meaningful MI – headcount, turnover, YTD reports
- Partnering with HR/Finance/IT to work on new projects
- Benefit Administration and reporting – including joiners, leavers, queries
