Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a global organisation in West Sussex to support them in the recruitment of a Strategic HR Business Partner (Global People Partner Lead). This is an integral role, where you will be responsible for driving the people agenda, operating as a strategic partner globally to the senior leadership team.
Reporting into the VP of Global People Partnering, you will support a headcount of 500 people within your specific business and geographical areas and will ensure the implementation of global HR processes in line with company policies, practice and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Contributing to strategic planning and decision-making at the business line level for alignment of the corporate people strategy with other business strategies
* Drive organisational efficiency by ensuring structure, job design and competency needs are evaluated and developed in collaboration with centres of excellence
* Succession planning
* Delivery of Talent Management
* Strategic workforce review
* Increase the use of meaningful data-driven insights to improve decision making and promote a comprehensive people management strategy
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience of operating in a strategic HRBP position ideally with a global remit. You will be comfortable working in a dynamic and complex matrixed organisation with a global client group. You will be a highly commercial, forward thinking, and ambitious HR professional who is driven to succeed. Your portfolio will include, strategic workforce planning, change and transformation, organisational development and design, Talent Management, HR metrics, HR projects, People plans and working with Senior Leadership teams to define and deliver the People strategy ensuring it aligns with overall business objectives. This role requires you to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to engage and influence with all levels of people across your business areas. You will be highly credible with the ability to understand, analyse and articulate key business drivers, identifying opportunities for improvement.
