We are currently working with one of our multi-national Luxury Brand clients to identify a Manager or Senior Rewards Manager for their Hong Kong headquarter. This role reports to the Global (Group) Head of Rewards and Mobility and sits in their Global Rewards Centre of Excellence. You will support the Corporate HQ as well as their Global Merchandising division.

The role will see you partner directly with the HR team to develop, implement and embed all Group Reward policies, frameworks, guidelines and processes. You will take a focused advisory role providing insight and recommendations to ensure reward structures are competitive. You will also take a lead role working with HR to plan and implement annual merit review & bonus cycles as well as support and deliver specific reward projects and initiatives. Our client is focused on continuous improvement in this practice and looking for innovative ideas to drive cost as well as operational efficiencies. You will be experience in utilising both quantitative & analytical tools to develop models, tools and dashboards that support design and improve effectiveness of reward plans and programmes.

The ideal candidate with have a mix of MNC Reward experience with particular strengths in Compensation and Expatriate compensation. Experience in a Rewards Consultancy where you have developed strong client consulting/advisory skills would be preferred along with an excellent understanding of compensation theory & practice. Candidates must have fluency in English, both written and verbal and have good interpersonal skills and experience working with people from different cultural backgrounds across all levels of the organisation, including senior executives and organisational leaders. You will need to be innovative, change oriented with experience in design & implementation of reward initiatives to be successful in this role. Candidates with a strong C&B background with a focus on Compensation and at least 7 years' experience in an MNC or consulting environment are encouraged to apply.
