Global Rewards Head
We are excited to partner with one of the leading hospitality leaders on a Global Rewards Director role. With longstanding stalwart of the industry with foothold stretching across more than 30 countries, our client takes great pride in their mission to continuously evolve their business model to support a fast changing world stage. Such a focus has proven to be even more important in recent years as the organization grows in strength across their international portfolio. It is against this exponential growth that the client is looking for a Global Rewards Head to join the Corporate function and take helm of the compensation & benefits operations worldwide.
Reporting to the Group HR Director, the Group Rewards Head will lead the overall total rewards agenda and strategies across the Asia Pacific and international markets. The Group Rewards Head will provide an insightful analysis and recommend the necessary Rewards strategy and solutions to set, design and implement the global directives, which include evaluating the status of existing rewards structure to enable a high performing and engaged workforce, as well as executive compensation scheme across their acquired entities.
With an ambitious growth plan set, the Group Rewards Head will work closely with external parties to ensure modernization of rewards policies, programmes and processes. The Group Rewards Head will oversee and delegate any regional and/or global projects on the betterment of rewards policies.
The Successful Applicant
You should have at least 10 years of Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards experience in a fast paced and matrix organisation. It will be an advantage to have international and/or global exposure. You have strong C&B foundation to be able to design and craft high level strategies, and hands on to drive those strategies. You are consultative, numerical savvy and solutions oriented. Coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills, you are a team player, self-starter and culturally sensitive to drive Total Rewards programmes across multiple sites.
Compensation: SGD$180,000, excluding bonus and peaks.
