We are partnering a well-established Technology giant to appoint a Global Total Rewards Manager (circa. $160-180k base excluding bonuses) into the organisation. As one of the largest players in the industry that has achieved exponential growth, the client has footprints across all major regions and boasts a portfolio stretching multiple technological and fintech products. Owing to such strong growth, particularly within Asia, they are looking for a Compensation & Benefits expert who is keen to be part of an ongoing effort towards developing a comprehensive Total Rewards roadmap that would allow Human Resources (HR) to attract and retain the right talents. Based in Singapore, this is an individual contributor role.

Reporting into the Head of Rewards, the successful individual will help drive the Total Rewards agenda for markets in Asia, the Americas, Oceania and Europe (i.e. identify gaps and propose solutions for enhancements), with the base intention of devising bespoke solutions that are best aligned with the Group’s philosophies. Put simply, you will not only oversee the successful execution of global programs/processes, but also serve as an internal consultant who facilitates a comprehensive Total Rewards environment, including partnering HR Business Partners on change management activities. Preparing and delivering an effective communication toolkit on rewards programmes and policies is equally important, as it ensures that colleagues understand how they will be evaluated, rewarded, or developed, according to their performance.

This role will undoubtedly require candidates who have strong knowledge of the global Rewards landscape, minimally Asia-Pacific (APAC) legislations. Those who possesses a blend of consulting and inhouse, corporate experience will be looked upon favourably since this role will go beyond mere business-as-usual tasks. Aside from technical proficiencies, strong interpersonal skills are also key since this is a stakeholder management heavy position. Proficiency of another language aside from English would be an added bonus.
