Global Talent - Leadership Development Executive

A leading Consultancy firm are in the market for a Senior Talent Specialist focusing on Leadership Development on a Global level. This is a 12 month maternity cover position starting mid April 2022.

In this role, you will contribute to best-in-class Executive Talent services provided to the Senior Directors globally in 15+ countries. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Own, facilitate, and provide senior level support for the career development and performance processes for the Directors
  • Ensure that Development Committees run smoothly and deliver robust career development, rewards, and recognition
  • Build trust and credibility in the Director model and help to land key change initiatives designed to raise the employee value proposition
  • Facilitate processes and play key decision support role in Director life cycle events (lateral hires, onboarding, promotions, transfers, departures, and terminations), driving consistency with global norms
  • Contribute to evolution and implementation of the Director learning & development offering; identify needs and patterns in development to shape the curriculum; oversee communications and administration of our training programs and coaching arrangements in partnership with the L&D Center of Excellence
  • Act as point of contact for Directors questions related to career development
  • Ensure ongoing and continuous improvement in the experience, quality, and level of support delivered through processes

Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with strong expertise in career development processes or experience in senior talent career development, and/or consulting experience at Project Leader+ level, ideally with people, talent, and organization experience
  • Strong skills in Windows Office (in particular, PowerPoint and Excel) and new digital information sharing and management tools (Egnyte, Slack, etc.)
