Global Talent Management Partner
We are delighted to partner exclusively with a prominent FMCG company as they continue to expand across various markets globally. As part of their growth strategy, there is a need to hire a strong Global Learning & Development Partner to identify, develop and evaluate capability and development solutions to set up a future ready organization.
Reporting to the HR Director, the Global Leadership & Development Partner will work closely with Commercial Leaders across their international markets to provide in-depth and meaningful analysis in the capability and development needs of the business; this includes providing and designing the necessary learning and/or talent programmes and initiatives for different markets, to create bespoke programmes that are scalable to the region and/or global platform.
The Successful Candidate
To succeed in this role, you should have at least ten years of Learning and Development experience in a global capacity, preferably gained from FMCG, or fast paced, hyper growth industries. You have proven track record in commercial leaders to drive agile L&D programmes, with the ability to prioritize time sensitive projects and/or competing timelines. You have strong communications and interpersonal skills to collaborate and advise senior commercial leadership, and to communicate your ideas and programmes in a clear and concise manner across all levels of management.
