Are you someone who is passionate about the development of the people around you? Would you like to join a team whose mission is to push their employees to be the best versions of themselves?
I am delighted to be working with a world-renowned international law firm who have appointed me to find them a Graduate Development Advisor. Sitting within the Learning & Development team, this person will take responsibility for the development of their trainee solicitor intake. From day 1 of their training contract, you will be overseeing the induction process, managing seat rotations, conducting seat reviews and offering ongoing career and development advice. You will also be partnering with other areas within the firm and helping to design and deliver training courses. There is a huge amount of autonomy in this role so it is a fantastic place to make a real name for yourself!
The person who this role reports into is amazing. This individual is famous for pushing for an inclusive and diverse workplace and has accelerated their L&D team to be, arguably, the strongest within the legal sector. Expectations are high in this team so experience of a law firm (ideally the graduate/trainee development process) will give you a head start!
This is a fantastic place to work; the offices are incredible, the people are truly collaborative and the emphasis to make every employee feel included is overwhelming. The salary for this role will sit between £30,000 and £35,000 (depending on experience) and you will also be eligible for the extensive firmwide benefits package.
I will be shortlisting for this role w/c 17th June and 1st stage interviews are likely to be w/c 24th June.
I specialise in the placement of future HR talent within professional services environments and would be delighted to discuss your job search - and the above role - with you. Please do get in contact! firstname.lastname@example.org
