They have an impressive track record and have grown the business significantly across the Middle East, Asia, Americas and Africa. Graduate Recruitment is at the forefront of their people agenda and they are looking for a Graduate Recruiter to drive their UK graduate recruitment programmes and to work closely with global offices.
Supported by an Assistant you will drive the early careers offering from application to offer. As part of a wider Recruitment team you will support across a range of projects from attraction through to selection. Working closely with key Universities, you will support the firms initiatives and various campus events. You will work to develop and deliver the graduate marketing strategy for annual recruitment campaigns so some experience in marketing/social media would be a plus! You will also be working closely with the graduate development team to build internal training programmes.
You will bring a couple of years' experience working in a Graduate Recruitment or Development role, ideally in a professional services firm - but this is not essential. The environment is fast paced as a trusted advisor, you will need to be a flexible, solutions based HR professional who can build trust and relationships quickly.
This role is permanent, full time and is based out of state of the art offices in Central London. The salary on offer is £45,000-55,000 depending on the experience you bring to the role. As well as a full learning & development programme, the agile and flexible working options are fantastic.
