Due to their exponential growth, Frazer Jones are excited to partner with an international consultancy firm to assist with their search for a Graduate Recruiter. With offices dispersed across the globe and a team of over 6500 professionals worldwide, each are dedicated to optimizing businesses, improving operations, managing risk, and accelerating organizational performance. As the Graduate Recruiter, you will report directly to the Senior Recruitment Manager and coordinate the day-to-day recruitment of consultants across IMEA (India, Middle East & Africa).

You will support the team in ensuring hiring goals are achieved whilst navigating geographical and logistical challenges that come with building a diverse candidate pool. This role involves event planning, managing the referral channel, supporting the Senior Recruiting Manager with reporting and marketing, and leading international recruitment efforts across selected markets.

Location: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, or Doha Office

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee candidate screening and selection process.
  • Manage the recruitment process of candidates, including interview scheduling, evaluations, and communication with candidates.
  • Lead the referral process, including selection and communication.
  • Support reporting, strategy, and event planning.
  • Coordinate international recruitment efforts.
  • Foster relationships with global OW teams, university career services and consulting clubs.
  • Lead procurement and invoice processing for EL and MBA recruitment.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update internal recruitment system and other databases to support reporting.

Requirements of the role:

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, essentially with exposure to university/graduate recruitment.
  • Experience within professional services or management consulting preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a challenging environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with experience working with international teams as an advantage.
  • Ability to work and multitask in an ever changing fast-paced environment.
