We have a really exciting opportunity for a Graduate Recruiter to take control of the firm's university liaising and put on events to attract brilliant candidates. You'll be working within a fantastic HR team with significant internal mobility in one of London's top locations. As a Graduate Recruiter your main responsibilities lie within the management of university career services and law faculties, including; law fairs, events on and off site, and using various systems to support the graduate recruitment process. You must possess the ability to build rapport with all relevant bodies, this can be anything from relationships with perspective candidates to external suppliers in regards to event organisation. Your aim will be to innovate and keep modernising the content of the firm's events; making it current at the same time as keeping authenticity.

To be considered for this role you'll ideally have had previous graduate recruitment experience gained within a law firm - preferably two recruitment lifecycles.
