Graduate Recruitment and Development Assistant

More specifically, as a Graduate Recruitment and Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for;

  • Coordinating campus recruitment events
  • Organising assessment centres, being the main point of contact for candidates and supporting with interviews
  • General administration
  • Programme management
  • Graduate development
  • Event management

This role will suit someone with experience in either experienced hire or graduate recruitment, ideally within the professional services.

You must have exceptional organisational skills, be a real self starter and show initiative. You must also be able to prioritise effecctively and have the ability to multi-task.
