Our client is an International European headquartered Law firm with a significant base in Singapore. They have engaged our services exclusively for a new Campus Recruitment and Development Officer to manage their exciting programme; from branding, university and school relationships, campus events, marketing, assessments, onboarding and a two year development programme. The client is keen to use this as an opportunity to refresh their current routes and understand and explore new channels to attracting top tier graduates and ensuring a solid pipeline into the business.

You will get to own this entire process for a small intake of graduates and summer interns, with a sizeable HR team around you for support and reporting into the Senior HR Manager. You will have a lively HR team around you and will liaise closely with your APAC and global counterparts to leverage best practice and share ideas.

You will get to lead on talent development programmes, induction, performance reviews of the graduates and interns and have an input into further learning opportunities and divesity and inclusion programmes.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high end prestigious firm that is all about quality. Based in Singapore, this role will be responsible for the implementation of Singapore's HR strategy and operations.

Strategic Oversight; You will play a lead role in the entire graduate cycle and recruitment strategy from attraction to onboarding and be responsible for shaping the first 2 years of their professional development.

Background: To be considered for this role you will already have in-house recruitment experience either in Graduate Recruitment or within Recruitment and looking to enhance your career by taking on a lead role for a sizeable intake. Ideally exposure within a law firm or professional services environment or banking and financial services. Experience in forging strong relationship at all levels, influencing key stakeholders.
