Join this professional services firm as a Graduate Talent Acquisition Consultant where you will manage the end to end graduate recruitment process for a specific Client Portfolio within the business. You will be responsible for reviewing and shortlisting applications, attending interviews, coordinating and running assessments, offer generating and providing candidate feedback. You will also manage relationships with Universities and external parties, attending career fairs and various social functions.
Previous experience in a similar Graduate Recruitment role is essential, ideally gained within a professional services firm. You will have an ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, an ability to use various candidate attraction methods, along with successful campaign management. You must have excellent organisational and time management skills with an ability to work well under pressure.
This is a permanent role based in Melbourne CBD.
