A famous FTSE 100 business is currently looking for a Benefits Manager to join them and help drive through a large scale review and transformation of their benefits offering. This UK focussed role is ideal for a true 'benefits champion' who can bring strategic vision and passion as well as operational flair to ensure the current benefits offering is elevated into a 'best in class' propostion. There are some early wins around visibility and access, as well as longer term positioning and customisation. The business is hoping to meet Benefit Managers who can demonstrate ambition, broad thinking and creativity around creating an amazing experience for employees. Key skills are the ability to operationalise your vision and strategy and be the go-to Benefits SME for the business and stakeholders. You will have experience of driving benefits transformation programmes and can extract real economies of scale from this program. The annual benefits spend of this business is in excess of £20m, and it's hoped that this should provide sufficient depth to allow for some creative and innovative end-user benefit choices.
