A FTSE 100 business is currently looking for a Benefits Manager to join them and help drive through a large scale review and transformation of their benefit offering. This UK focussed role is ideal for a true 'benefits champion' who can bring strategic vision and passion as well as operational flair to ensure they elevate the current benefits suite into a 'best in class' offering. There are some early wins around visibility and access, as well as longer term positioning and customisation. The business is hoping to meet Benefit Managers who can operationalise their vision and strategy, are natural Benefits SME's, have experience of transformation programmes and can drive real economies of scale from their offering. The annual benefits spend of this business is in excess of £20m, and it's hoped that this should provide sufficient depth to allow for some creative and innovative end-user benefit choices. Reporting into the Reward Director, you will be given autonomy and independence to deliver your vision of what a leading benefits offering should look like, right from the start of the employee journey.
