We are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a leading international financial services firm to appoint a Group Head of HR PMO (Project Management Office) position based in Singapore. This is a highly visible role that will work directly with the group HR & business leadership team.

This individual is responsible for leading and driving group wide robust HR project governance and change processes within an agile HR structure across the organization.

Reporting into the Group Head of HR Transformation, this role is key in supporting Group HR in a Centre of Expertise (CoE) capacity with all HR PMO activities, including the adoption of future ready HR ways of working from a processes, resourcing, budgets and tools perspective.

This organisation is undergoing a lot of complex change and transformation internationally, and this role and team is critical in ensuring smooth delivery of critical HR programmes in a quality orientated, timely and cost effective manner.

A highly visible and busy role, you must be comfortable multi-tasking within a global agile matrix structure.

This individual and team is key in ensuring all HR initiatives are executed in a rigorous manner. You will challenge and scrutinize HR project business cases, ensure strong governance frameworks are in place, stakeholder management has been well thought through and outcomes are on track. This team is responsible for reviewing existing agile programmes and ensuring the group-wide standards are met.

Operating in a Head of HR PMO & Change capacity, you will ensure the successful delivery of HR project governance and outcomes. You will lead a HR PMO team spread geographically who will help to facilitate, track and report on HR project health. This team will create and develop tools to ensure group consistency. Your team will be responsible for ensuring the data is consistent and validated to enable more accurate decision making.

Essential: You will have extensive experience operating in a Global and / or Regional HR PMO Head role, with a deep understanding of agile PMO processes and requirement in a large global corporate environment. Experience operating in a financial or professional services institution, or expertise from a consulting firm in a relevant PMO Lead capacity is preferred. You will be comfortable managing experienced teams.
