Group Head of HR Programme Delivery

We are partnering exclusively with a leading large global organisation to appoint a Group Head of HR Programme Delivery based in the Singapore office. Reporting into the Group Head of HR Transformation, and operating as their deputy and successor, you will be responsible for managing a team of Programme Managers (typically Senior Manager / Director level).
This organisation is incredibly large, complex, matrix structure and this HR Change team have coverage of over 40+ countries and 50,000 people globally. This is a key hire for the global HR team as the business are investing heavily in the function, enabling innovative & new ways of working in an agile environment. The scope of this team is to implement and manage all global HR Change Programmes end-to-end partnering closely with the business and external vendors. Current programmes within the Group HR Change Portfolio at present include: implementing a new global talent tool, rolling out SuccessFactors, embedding flexible working across the organisation, embedding agile, implementing a new learning platform, embedding a global automated workflow system, enhancing employee experience, implementing culture change initiatives etc. The team largely consists of experienced management consultants who also have internal HR Change & Programme Management experience on a Regional or Global scale.
This individual will work across the full programme portfolio, in partnership with the Group Head of HR Transformation and will be responsible for reporting on the overall programme portfolio progress, enhancing programme quality controls, influence and manage relationships with HR & business stakeholders, leveraging the team of Programme Managers.
This organisation is looking for an accomplished HR Change / Programme Management Consulting (Director / Executive Director level) with extensive client facing experience on a group, global and / or regional scale. This individual must be comfortable managing a large and geographically dispersed team of experienced HR Change Programme Managers. Experience operating as a Group / Regional Head of HR Change Management or HR Programme Management would also be preferred (large global Financial Services or Fintech / Tech organisations beneficial).
