Group Head of Rewards
We are excited to be retained on a Global Head of Compensation & Benefits opportunity with one of the leading players in the Consumer Products sector. A longstanding stalwart of the industry and a globally recognized brand, our client takes great pride in their mission to improve quality of life and create sustainable futures which has led to commercial successes credited to highly agile commercial leaders that steered the business into diversified business portfolio. As part of their transformative HR progress, there is a need to hire a seasoned Total Rewards leader to influence, empower and support their compensation & benefits portfolio.
Reporting to the Group Chief HR Officer and managing a team of C&B specialists, the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits will lead the overall total rewards agenda and strategies across the Asia and international markets. You will provide an insightful analysis and recommend the necessary Rewards strategy and solutions to set, design and implement the global directives. As one of the senior leadership member, you will be a business advisor to leadership team to ensure that the C&B policies are commercially sound, which include evaluating the status of existing rewards structure, to enable a high performing and engaged workforce.
With an ambitious growth plan set, you will lead, coach and mentor the compensation & benefits team to ensure modernization of rewards policies, programmes and processes. You will oversee and delegate any regional and/or global projects on the betterment of rewards policies.
The Successful Applicant
You should have at least 15 years of Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards experience in a fast paced and matrix organisation. You should have strong business and commercial acumen to influence and collaborate with senior leadership team to craft high level strategies, and hands on to drive those strategies. You are business oriented, numerical savvy and solutions oriented. Coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills, you are a team player, self-starter and culturally sensitive to drive Total Rewards programmes across multiple regions.
Location: Singapore
Compensation: SGD$350,000 – SGD$450,000 per annum
