Our client, a leading global complex Fintech Group with a highly values driven culture and strong sense of purpose, is looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition for Global Technology and Operations to join the organization based in the Singapore office. Reporting directly in to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition (MD) based in another region, you will be responsible for partnering the Chief Technology Officer, Group COO, Group CIO, amongst others, in this very high profile, strategic and relationship driven role.
The Group Leadership team are in investment, growth and innovation mode, and as such, it is a very exciting time to join the management team in this strategic role, where you will challenge, disrupt and innovate the thinking of the Group LT, as their trusted adviser, upskilling people leaders and building knowledge across the organization, also providing guidance to regional and country TA teams who focus on execution, in line with your proposed group strategic TA priorities.
The organization is large, agile and complex, with thousands of hires made annually internationally across these respective business areas, supported by in country and regional TA teams who manage the hiring end-to-end. Alongside managing talent acquisition strategy and relationship management, this individual will also be a key thought leader and TA project manager of top priority global innovative TA projects, such as branding, forward thinking internal mobility solutions & ongoing DEI & Talent / Engagement solutions. This individual will be responsible for leading / overseeing the global TA Tech & Ops team, comprising of a number of geographically dispersed TA professionals of all levels, being able to influence, support and advise through direct and indirect reports.
This individual will currently be operating in ideally a global or regional Talent Acquisition Leadership role within an innovative and professional large global Fintech, Tech and / or Financial Services organization, partnering the Leadership team directly. They will have a track record operating in a strategic and relationship driven role, being able to execute through others (i.e. the large globally dispersed teams they have oversight of), with a focus on ensuring strategic priorities are executed across the Technology, Ops and Fintech side of the global FS group. Experience working in a number of different international markets would be beneficial given the size and complexity of this group. This individual must also benefit from excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, being clearly passionate about Talent Acquisition and the Future of Work, leveraging Technology and Innovation as a key enabler.
