We are excited to partner with one of the leading players in the Services industry. Our client remains to be one of the globally recognized companies, credited to a highly agile commercial leaders which steered the business into diversified business portfolio in the recent years. With the need to support business growth, especially through their aggressive expansion through acquisitions, there is a need to hire a dynamic Group Head of Rewards to lead the business in modernizing and revamping their Total Rewards strategies and directives to support.

Reporting to the Group HR Director and managing a team of compensation & benefits specialists, the Group Rewards Director will lead the overall total rewards agenda and strategies across the Asia Pacific and international markets. The Group Rewards Director will provide an insightful analysis and recommend the necessary Rewards strategy and solutions to set, design and implement the global directives, which include evaluating the status of existing rewards structure to enable a high performing and engaged workforce, as well as executive compensation scheme across their acquired entities.

With an ambitious growth plan set, the Group Rewards Director will lead, coach and mentor the compensation & benefits team to ensure modernization of rewards policies, programmes and processes. The Group Rewards Director will oversee and delegate any regional and/or global projects on the betterment of rewards policies.

The Successful Applicant

You should have at least 15 years of Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards experience in a fast paced and matrix organisation. It will be an advantage to have international and/or global exposure. You have strong C&B foundation to be able to design and craft high level strategies, and hands on to drive those strategies. You are consultative, numerical savvy and solutions oriented. Coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills, you are a team player, self-starter and culturally sensitive to drive Total Rewards programmes across multiple sites.

Compensation: SGD$250,000 – $300,000, excluding bonus and peaks.
