We are pleased to be working alongside a fast growing fintech firm to appoint a strategic and forward thinking Rewards Manager at the Group level. Set to expand dramatically despite the recent technological shakeup, the client has managed to secure agreements with leading global banks and fintech companies across more than 10 countries to integrate more currencies into its cross-border payment platform. Having successfully amassed a full executive leadership team over the span of less than a year, they are now poised to leverage on Human Resources (HR) to bring the organisation to greater heights, with Total Rewards playing a key role. This position will be based in Singapore.

Reporting into the Lead HR Business Partner, your responsibilities stretch across design, advisory and operational work. A key order of business is to bring the firm’s Rewards framework into maturity as the firm continues to expand aggressively. This means partnering the senior leadership and act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all compensation and benefits matters that will enable them to attract and retain the best talents. Practices such as external market benchmarking and internal employee surveying are examples that you should proactively be engaging in to ensure that the client’s Rewards framework remains competitive. In other words, this role goes beyond ensuring that performance reviews are conducted and salary payouts are executed in a timely fashion.

We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) professional with a strong track record in crafting and conceptualising rewards frameworks in a regional/global capacity. Experience building and/or revamping Compensation & Benefits structure from start to finish, especially consultancy experience, are especially valued since this is not a business-as-usual role. As this is a newly-created function, individuals who are willing to go above and beyond will likewise be looked upon favourably.
