Job Description

Reporting directly to the CHRO you will be responsible for owning the overacrching talent management strategy of the groups leadership team. Your key stakeholders will be the C Suite and executives across the business. Working closely with them on the talent strategies for their own senior management team such as identifying capability gaps, succession planning, ensuring a successful talent pipeline for senior management roles and development plans for high potentials. This is a business critical role and one that will be high profile with the executives and board.

The Successful Applicant

You should possess approximately 10+ years of Talent Management experience equipped with a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or its equivalent. The successful candidate must have experience of designing talent management strategies, creating frameworks and importantly having a proven track record of success in developing high performing leadership teams. This is a purely specialist talent management position and will appeal to someone who is passionate about talent management, has an executive presence and a proven ability to work successfully with executives (CFO/COO/CMO/CEO, Board of Directors) in building teams in the past. With high growth in China Mandarin language skills would be highly advantageous.
