We are delighted to be acting on an exclusive basis for a famous FTSE 100 business in their search for a Head of Benefits. This newly created permanent role is the result of the launch of a broad benefits harmonisation and transformation programme, born out of a number of significant acquisitions made by the group over the last 24 months. Work has already begun to identify the different benefits philosophies across the enlarged group and this role will take that development further, leveraging the latest technologies to make Benefits a 'best in class' offering, both in terms of provision, broker support and employee experience across a diverse and highly educated workforce. A key factor will be the creation of an offering that has a deep wellness, wellbeing and retirement proposition, one that's globally aligned and locally relevant to a hybrid workforce. As a result the business is keen to meet an experienced Head of Benefits, with a natural passion for innovation and putting both the employee experience and employee engagement at the heart of the provision. Significant experience is required as a benefits leader and champion, covering large scale transformation/harmonisation programmes as well as proven success in developing high performing teams. Candidates are sought who have gained significant experience of working across European countries, within large and highly matrixed businesses and ideally within a Centre of Excellence model. Strong influencing skills will be a key requirement, with the ability to create data driven business cases and present to C Suite audiences and explain benefits policy, processes and data results to a broad range of other business stakeholders including Senior Directors, HR and business management. Demonstratable experience of educating, coaching and/or challenging stakeholders to ensure alignment with policy and process and proven ability to manage external vendors and the delivery on SLAs is required.
