We are delighted to be supporting a famous financial services business to find a Head of Benefits Consulting. This newly created role will be responsible for strategising and conceiving new programmes that move the dial across their benefits and wellbeing landscape, building the business case through the design to approval phase and then working with local delivery teams to operationalise the programme and effectively socialise to ensure local HR partners understand the technical nuances. Reporting into the Global Head of Benefits, this role will be entirely future focussed, managing large strategic change projects by working closely with local SME's who will ultimately be accountable for delivery. Key is having a real depth of market knowledge, coupled with best in class practice and being connected to external market developments and trends, using personal judgment/experience to shape change proposals; demonstrating an understanding of internal and external best practice. The main focus will look at the trend line of benefits and working to ensure the organisation stays ahead of the curve and is able to introduce value adding concepts that are global, but tailored to local markets. Therefore the role is ideally suited to a candidate within benefits consulting, looking to transition this experience within an in-house role, or someone already working in-house as the apex SME for Benefits and Wellbeing, but with a desire to move away from the BAU and be fully immersed in a future focussed role. Key attributes is someone who is an experienced leader who challenges the status quo, a proven track record of successfully leading both design and implementation of complex reward/HR initiatives and projects especially those involving digitisation, the ability to navigate complex matrix organisational structures across different cultures coupled with expert knowledge of Reward/Benefits practices in global organisations.
