Head of Campus Recruitment (VP) – APAC

Our client, a leading global financial services organization with a wonderful culture and reputation, is looking to appoint a Head of Campus Recruitment APAC (VP) into the Singapore office.

Reporting to the Head of HR for APAC (MD), you will be responsible for leading campus strategy, overseeing graduate and intern attraction, campus marketing, branding and events, assessments, bespoke graduate programmes and all associated graduate projects / matters across the region. You will be responsible for leading a relatively lean, collaborative, and high performing campus team, primarily with a focus on Global Markets, Investment Banking and Infrastructure graduate programmes across the region. While the numbers are not huge in volume, it is a very high touch and quality driven environment, with stakeholder management and building relationships being key.

This will be a new and exciting chapter of the graduate recruitment function, and the business is looking for someone who is excited to shape and bring a new lens to Campus. You will also partner closely with your EMEA and Americas counterparts to ensure global campus strategy is aligned, where possible, across the respective regions.

We are looking for a highly credible and accomplished Regional Head of Campus Recruitment APAC (VP level), who has a track record partnering the regional leadership team directly in the global markets and / or investment banking space. You will be comfortable leading and developing collaborative and regionally dispersed team and be comfortable operating in a fast paced, global matrix financial services environment.
