A boutique US financial services organisation is seeking a Head of Compensation for their International offices. With a global population of just over 4,000, you will be liaising with offices all over the world and focus on key compensation issues such as bonus review, executive compensation, regulatory requirements and setting up an International RemCo.
Managing a more junior compensation colleague, you will be challenged with setting the reward agenda for the year ahead whilst liaising with senior stakeholders and building engagement across the firm in line with the values of the business. You will report in to the HRD for EMEA in London, and have a close working relationship with the Head of Total Reward, the Head of Executive Compensation and the Head of Compensation all based in the US.
You must have experience working in financial services in a senior reward capacity, and have exposure to RemCo and an array of reward related issues. Ideally you will have worked in a US listed financial services firm across several jurisdictions, be confident dealing with senior stakeholders internally and be willing to roll your sleeves up to work alongside more junior members of the team. Previous line management is essential, as is a solid understanding of FCA regulations in asset management, particularly in line with MiFID and UCITS V.
