As Head of Cultural Change you will be responsible for the design and delivery of organisational development (OD) and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the organisations ambition to be a high performing, inclusive and engaged organisation. Developing and implementing initiatives that foster a high performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are at the top of the agenda.
A key role within the organisation the Head of Cultural change will work closely with the People and Talent team, and is supported by a team of 5 direct reports who are specialists within this space. You will lead on the transformation agenda to strengthen the leadership capability, develop values and implement a new behavioural framework. Alongside the people team you will manage and design the Diversity and Inclusion strategy so that it underpins all processes across the organisation. Some of which will include policy reviews, performance strategy, appraisals, talent and compliance. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation you will ensure performance targets are met and contribute to the establishment and implantation of quality standards.
To be successful in this role you will have worked in a large organisation around c. 2000+. Although a London based role you will have experience and an understanding of the complexity of working with employees geographically located or multi sited will be essential. You will be able to demonstrate your experience working on organisational development projects with a particular focus on culture change, employee engagement, leadership development and change management. You will have leadership experience having managed and developed a team and be able to offer advice to senior leaders. A senior HR professional with the organisational development or culture space would be ideal for this role or a HR Project leader who has worked on culture change. CIPD qualification is essential.
