The Employee & Labor Relations leader will play a critical leadership role in starting up, building, developing and delivering the ER/LR practice across the organization. You will be part of the HR leadership and set the strategy & standard for the practice across the business.
You will work closely with the CHRO & HR network, utilizing your experience, excellent communication and influencing skills to build the ER/LR practice from the ground up in line with our Company's Strategy, DNA, HR Action Plan and considering the appropriate ethics, compliance & legislation. You will be responsible for defining the labour relations strategy across the company. You will support the business & HR leaders to partner with national/local employee representative bodies managing multiple complex relationships.
